There are now several firearm related courses available through P&D. Sign up for one of these courses now and learn a new skill, meet like minded people and help promote the shooting sports. Please be advised that as of Jan 1st, 2013 the Cost for the Restricted & Non Restricted PAL course will be $100.00, $90.00 for Challenging the exam & $35.00 if you would just like to purchase the book. All pricing is subject to GST.

CANADIAN NON-RESTRICTED FIREARMS SAFETY COURSE

This course will enable you to acquire a Possession and Acquisition firearms license so you may legally own, purchase and transport non-restricted firearms. This is the first step needed to enjoy hunting, target and other related shooting sports.

Courses run on a month to month basis. They are usually held on Saturdays with the odd class being held during the week. Courses are held here at P&D. They run from 8:00am to approximately 5:00pm. Cost for this course is $100.00. Classes are restricted to 25 students and fill up fast. Payment is required upfront to secure a seat. Please note payment is non-refundable but can be transferred to a different date. However, a $25.00 transfer fee will apply. The next courses dates are:
