Revolvers – Prohibited

Buyer must possess:

(a) a valid F.A.C., and must have owned one or more Prohibited handguns consecutively since February 1995, or

(b) a valid P.A.L. with Section 12(6) Prohibited Handgun status (as printed on the back).

Buyers who are not purchasing for the purpose of “Collecting” should be members of a gun range and have a valid membership card.
